Kernel Source Archive: OSF Mach

OSF Mach was originally developed as a fork of CMU Mach 2.5, but was later updated with code from the CMU Mach 3.0 releases. OSF Mach was used as the microkernel at the heart of several operating systems, including OSF/1, which eventually became HP's Tru64 UNIX, and MkLinux. Portions of OSF Mach were also used in the NEXTSTEP Mach microkernel, the forerunner to the XNU kernel that lies at the heart of Mac OS X and Darwin.

Currently only one release of OSF Mach, release 6.1, is available in the Kernel Source Archive Subversion repository. It can be found at /kernelsource/OSF-Mach.
